This contract is between Dead Good Ltd. (the "Studio") and the "Client".

Studio Information:
Dead Good Ltd.
1001-1002, 1018 Tai Nan West Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Cyclorama:

• Cyclorama repainting will cost X amount of money.

• The cyclorama must be protected, and the Client will be liable for any damages caused to the wall, including liquid damage, dents from high heels, and damage from sharp objects.

Equipment Rental:

• Equipment rental will be discussed with Dead Good Ltd. before the shoot.

• The Client is fully liable for any damages to permanent and non-permanent fixtures, including studio furniture, TV, windows, floors, and walls.

• The Client is fully liable for any damages to the equipment.

• No mounting of equipment on the ceiling is allowed.

Studio Access:

• The Client may only access the studio space, pantry area, and toilets as permitted by the rental.

• The Client must be responsible for looking after the space outside the studio in the Oriental International Industrial Building.

• The Client must not conduct shooting outside of the studio space within the Oriental International Industrial Building.

• The Client must only use cargo lifts to transport equipment.

Rental Times and Policies:

• The Client must abide by the rental times, and any additional time will be charged.

• No smoking is allowed within the space.

• No pets are allowed within the space unless agreed upon prior to the shoot.

• The maximum number of people in the crew is 30.

Payments:

• Payment for the studio rental must be made within 14 days, unless agreed upon with Dead Good Ltd. prior to the shoot.

• Any late payments will incur a late payment charge of 10 percent per 14 days.

• Payments must be made by cheque or bank transfer.

By digitally signing this contract, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
